Brahm Pillai is the Founder and Executive Officer of Pillai Capital, bringing over 20 years of financial services and investment management experience to the firm.
Before his pivot into investment banking, Brahm was an investment management professional, serving as Managing Director at the global alternative investment firm SkyBridge Capital (2010 to 2022). Brahm held similar investment management roles within Citigroup Alternative Investments (CAI) Hedge Fund Management Group (HFMG) from October 2005 to July 2010. SkyBridge acquired HFMG from CAI in July 2010.

Sanjeev Srivastava – Consulting Partner
Sanjeev Srivastava is a consulting partner and brings over two decades of experience in capital markets, investments, entrepreneurship and as a corporate CFO.
Sanjeev currently serves as a Senior Capital Markets Advisor to Exozymes (NASDAQ: EXOZ) which is a company at the intersection of AI and biomanufacturing and has a market cap north of $100M on NASDAQ. Sanjeev was a former partner and is currently an advisor to TLGY Holdings which has a permanent capital (PE style) investment platform and has also has a SPAC (TLGY) on NASDAQ. His focus was on leading the Capital Markets relationships and on investment due diligence for tech and clean energy investments. He was previously also the strategic capital markets advisor to Innovate Biopharma raising over $5M dollars in pre-IPO funding and supporting the company to go public on NASDAQ at a $150M dollar valuation. He is also the founder and partner at Ten8 Capital, LLC which advises institutions and family offices on investment strategies. He is also the founder and managing partner of Blue Lotus Financial, LLC which advises small to mid-size companies in the areas of corporate finance, CFO work and capital markets advisory. He spent the first decade of his career with J.P. Morgan Capital Markets based in New York City.
