Brahm Pillai is the Founder and Executive Officer of Pillai Capital, leveraging over 20 years of experience in financial services and investment management to enhance the firm's offerings.  

Before transitioning to capital markets advisory and investment banking, Brahm gained substantial expertise as an investment management professional, serving as Managing Director at the global alternative investment firm SkyBridge Capital from 2010 to 2022. He previously held similar investment management roles within Citigroup Alternative Investments (CAI) Hedge Fund Management Group (HFMG) from October 2005 to July 2010, which was acquired by SkyBridge in July 2010.

Sanjeev Srivastava is a consulting partner with over two decades of experience in capital markets advisory, investments, entrepreneurship, and serving as a corporate CFO.  

Sanjeev currently acts as a Senior Capital Markets Advisor to Exozymes (NASDAQ: EXOZ), a company that operates at the intersection of AI and biomanufacturing, boasting a market cap exceeding $100M on NASDAQ. He was previously a partner and is now an advisor to TLGY Holdings, which has a permanent capital investment platform akin to private equity and also features a SPAC (TLGY) on NASDAQ. His role focused on managing Capital Markets relationships and conducting investment management due diligence for technology and clean energy investments. Additionally, Sanjeev served as the strategic capital markets advisor to Innovate Biopharma, successfully raising over $5M in pre-IPO funding and supporting the company's public listing on NASDAQ at a $150M valuation. He is the founder and partner at Ten8 Capital, LLC, which provides financial services to institutions and family offices, guiding them in investment strategies. Furthermore, he is the founder and managing partner of Blue Lotus Financial, LLC, providing capital markets advisory to small to mid-sized companies in corporate finance and CFO services. Sanjeev spent the first decade of his career with J.P. Morgan Capital Markets in New York City.
